Following Russia's renewed deadly attacks on Ukraine, French President Emmanuel Macron has called for "strong measures" if Moscow continues to block a peace solution. "These attacks by Russia must come to an end. A ceasefire is needed as soon as possible. And strong measures if Russia continues to try to buy time and refuse peace," Macron wrote on X on Sunday.
