Following the fatal shooting during an operation by US federal officers in Minneapolis, a judge has issued a temporary injunction to protect evidence. According to the court document, the federal authorities are prohibited from "destroying or altering" evidence in connection with the shooting involving federal officers.

It also expressly refers to evidence that had already been removed from the crime scene. The Minnesota authorities had filed a lawsuit against the government of US President Donald Trump and its subordinate agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security. The state authorities accuse the federal authorities of withholding evidence. A hearing is scheduled for this Monday at 2 p.m. (local time).
In Minneapolis, one person was pronounced dead on Saturday morning (local time) after being shot by federal officers. The man in question is 37-year-old Alex Pretti. His parents accuse the emergency services of killing their son for no legitimate reason. The Department of Homeland Security, on the other hand, announced that the person killed was armed. The agency published a photo of a pistol.
