Russia More dead after Russian missile attack in Ukraine

Following a Russian missile attack on the southern Ukrainian city of Zaporizhia, the death toll has risen to six. According to Ukrainian reports, 22 people were injured in the attack and up to five more are believed to be under the rubble.

In the evening, there had been talk of four dead and 20 injured. The head of the regional administration, Ivan Fedorov, announced that the attack had taken place in the city center. The public broadcaster had reported that the building of a private clinic had been damaged.

Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion for more than two and a half years with Western help.
