Pets New digital health dossier introduced for pets

Pet owners can now manage and access their pets' health data online.

Pet owners in Switzerland now have the opportunity to organize their pets' health information digitally. The new electronic patient dossier, known as the "PHBooklet", was launched by the Swiss Veterinary Association.

With the "PHBooklet", pet owners can store and manage their pets' vaccinations, x-rays and other health data online. This information can be accessed anytime and anywhere, as the Swiss Veterinary Association announced in a press release.

Easy sharing with third parties

The digital health dossier also offers the option of sharing data with veterinary practices or other people, such as vacation caregivers. The system is managed by PHD AG, a public limited company owned by the Swiss Association for Small Animal Medicine. All data is stored securely in Switzerland.
