Paris has confirmed that European heads of state and government will meet in the French capital on Monday to discuss US President Donald Trump's plans to end the war in Ukraine. French Foreign Minister Jean-Noël Barrot confirmed the meeting at the invitation of President Emmanuel Macron in an interview on France Inter.
