Israel Reports of scores killed in Gaza city attack
According to a media report, numerous people have been killed and injured in an Israeli airstrike in the city of Gaza.

The Palestinian news agency Wafa reported "dozens of dead and injured", but did not give an exact number. The Israeli army did not initially comment on the incident.
Wafa also reported a suspected Israeli attack on a UN facility in Deir al-Balah in the central part of the Gaza Strip. At least one person had been killed.
However, the Israeli army denied this. "Contrary to reports, the Israeli army did not attack a UN building in Deir al-Balah." The media are being urged to exercise caution with regard to unconfirmed reports.
For the first time since a ceasefire began around two months ago, the Israeli air force intensified its bombing of targets in the Gaza Strip on Tuesday night. According to the Hamas-controlled health authority, more than 400 people were killed.
