According to the state rescue service, a 35-year-old man and his four-year-old son were killed in a rocket attack in a suburb of the Ukrainian capital Kiev. Three other people were seriously injured.

Rocket fragments fell on private homes in Browary, east of Kiev, in the evening, the helpers reported on Telegram. A father and son were trapped under the rubble of a building. The information could not be independently verified.

Ukraine has been defending itself against the Russian war of aggression for two and a half years.
