Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi has reiterated his criticism of the supply of Western components for the missiles and drones used by Russia against his country. "If the relevant countries stop the openly scandalous deliveries of critical components for the production of missiles and drones to Russia, the Russian threat will be significantly reduced," he said in his evening video address. After all, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin "cannot wage war without terror".

The threat to Ukraine would be significantly lower without these components. According to him, Russia buys these parts and machines from South Korea, Japan, China and Taiwan. "Unfortunately, many critical components are still being supplied to Russia from Europe and the USA," said Selenskyj.
It is not about a dozen, but rather thousands of components. "The result of all this is that the Russians are terrorizing our country, threatening other countries, behaving meanly and rejecting peace," said Zelensky.
He had previously referred to the continued supply of important components for Russian weapons from the West. This was prompted by Russia's recent drone and missile attacks against Ukraine at the weekend. "During the massive combined attack on Ukraine on the night of October 5, Russia used 549 weapons systems containing 102,785 foreign-made components," he wrote on social media in the morning.
According to the report, these include components from companies in Germany, the USA, China, Taiwan and the UK. Over 100,000 foreign-made components were found in combat drones.
