A total of three apartments were damaged and the building was evacuated. Around 70 people were brought to safety. Krasnogorsk is a city in the north-west of Moscow that practically merges directly into the outskirts of the metropolis.
More than 100 drones deployed
The Russian Ministry of Defense reported the launch of 111 Ukrainian drones over 13 regions of the country. The majority were brought down in the south of Russia, with 34 over the Rostov-on-Don region alone and a further 25 over Bryansk. According to the report, one drone was shot down in the Moscow region. The information could not initially be independently verified.
Ukraine has been defending itself against the Russian invasion, which has been going on for more than three and a half years, with drone attacks on Russian territory. So far, Ukraine has mostly targeted military facilities or strategically important objects in the oil and gas industry in order to disrupt the Russian military's fuel supply. The number of victims and the damage are in no way comparable to the destruction caused by Russia in Ukraine.
