Cantonal vote BE The way is clear for the change of canton from Moutier

The canton of Bern clearly approved the concordat regulating the change of canton from Moutier to Jura on Sunday with 83.2 percent of votes in favor. This was announced by the Bernese State Chancellery on Sunday.
