Governor Andrey Klychkov wrote this on Telegram. There were no casualties.
Unverifiable videos showing the fire after the attack circulated on social media. The internet portal "Astra" wrote that, according to residents, an oil storage facility had been attacked.
Russia has been waging a destructive war of aggression against Ukraine for more than three and a half years. As part of its defensive campaign, Ukraine has repeatedly attacked targets in Russia. However, the number of victims and the extent of the damage in Russia is disproportionate to the destruction caused by the Russian military in Ukraine. With its increased attacks on the oil industry, Kiev wants to disrupt the fuel supply for the Russian army on the one hand and hit the economic sector that is so important to Moscow on the other.
