Government Ukrainians protest in Geneva after attack on children's hospital in Kiev
Around 300 Ukrainians protested in Geneva on Thursday against the Russian attack on a children's hospital in Kiev at the beginning of the week. The rally took place on the Place des Nations.

Last Monday, a rocket hit a two-storey building on the grounds of the "Ochmatdyt" children's hospital in Kiev. Two adults were killed. Over thirty people, including at least eight children, were injured.
There must not be a second "Ochmatdyt", said one of the organizers of the rally. Citing witnesses, analyses by its military experts and videos, the UN had established that there was a high probability that the hospital had been directly hit by a Russian missile.
In addition to humanitarian aid, the demonstrators called for more weapons for Ukraine. "Putin is a criminal", they chanted. Some banners accused the Russian president of being a "child murderer" and his country of being a "terrorist state". "They are not fighting our country, they want to commit genocide in our country," the organizer added.
A minute's silence was held in memory of the victims. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), there have been more than 1,800 attacks on health centers since the beginning of the Russian attacks on Ukraine, killing around 150 people.
"We need justice, not condolences," read one of the posters. And: "End the Russian war in Ukraine," demanded the demonstrators.
