The second round of talks between the USA and Ukraine on a limited Russian-Ukrainian ceasefire has ended in the Saudi capital Riyadh. This was reported by Ukrainian media citing sources from the public broadcaster. Further details have not yet been released.

The day before, representatives of the USA and Russia had also negotiated in Riyadh. The first talks between American and Ukrainian negotiators took place last Sunday.

The talks were about stopping mutual attacks on energy supply facilities, attacks in the Black Sea and a comprehensive 30-day ceasefire.

Ukraine has been defending itself against a Russian invasion for over three years with Western support.
