38 people died in the crash of the Azerbaijani plane near Aktau in Kazakhstan. This was stated by Kazakh Deputy Prime Minister Qanat Aldabergenuly Bosymbayev in an interview with the Kazakh news agency Tengrinews at a meeting with representatives of the investigation commission at the scene of the accident.
