The Euro Millions jackpot has been won: the top prize was won in Austria, as Swisslos announced this Saturday night.
The jackpot of just under 240 million Swiss francs was the highest prize ever awarded in Euro Millions, as reported by Austrian Lotteries according to the APA news agency.
Bet of ten euros
The lucky player won the record prize with a stake of ten euros. The last of four bets won the million euro prize. The previous record Europot had also been won in Austria in 2023.
According to Swisslos, the jackpot for the next draw on Tuesday is 16 million Swiss francs. Euro Millions can be played in twelve countries, including Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
