This was announced by building owner Swiss Prime Site on Tuesday. The handover of the rental space is therefore planned for 2027. According to Manor, it intends to set up a multi-storey flagship store.

In February 2023, Swiss Prime Site decided to renovate the Jelmoli building near Bahnhofstrasse and adapt it to current market requirements. The closure of Zurich's oldest department store made headlines across Switzerland.

Swiss Prime Site announced that a long-term tenant has now been found in Manor to ensure the store's long-term appeal. Manor will therefore contribute to the investments for the conversion. Switzerland's largest department store group employs around 7500 people.
