US Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Special Representative Steve Witkoff will lead the US delegation at the negotiations on the US peace plan in Geneva on Sunday. This was confirmed by US circles to the Keystone-SDA news agency.

"Our goal is to reach the best possible agreement for Ukraine," said the US representative. The US Secretary of State responsible for the military, Daniel Driscoll, had already arrived in Geneva on Saturday.

According to information from US circles, no meetings with European representatives are currently planned. The talks are to take place at the US mission in Geneva and are only scheduled to last one day. No media appearances are planned either.

A meeting with Russian representatives is to follow at a later date. The Ukrainian delegation will be led by Andriy Yermak, Head of the Ukrainian President's Office.
