Influencer Zeki Bulgurcu was caught drink-driving last June. He was sentenced to a conditional fine by summary penalty order.

At the request of the Keystone-SDA news agency, the chief public prosecutor's office of the canton of Zurich confirmed the penalty order, which was reported by Tamedia newspapers on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old was traveling from Basel to his home in the Zurich lowlands in June 2024 when he was pulled over by the police near Glattfelden. The breath test revealed a level of at least 0.62 milligrams per liter, which corresponds to around 1.2 per mille.
The responsible public prosecutor's office sentenced him to a conditional fine of 40 daily rates of CHF 310 each. He only has to pay this fine if he commits another offense within the probationary period of four years. However, he will definitely have to pay a fine of 3,100 francs and fees of 800 francs.
