Richemont CEO Bos received a salary of 11.06 million Swiss francs for 2024/25 (as at the end of March), as can be seen in the annual report published on Thursday. A good 2.4 million of his salary is made up of fixed remuneration and the rest is made up of variable bonus components.

Bos has worked for the Richemont Group since 1992 and was head of the jewelry brand Van Cleef & Arpels before his appointment as CEO of the Group. A total salary of 7.12 million Swiss francs was reported for his predecessor Lambert in the previous year.

However, CFO Burkhart Grund had to accept a pay cut. His salary in the 2024/25 financial year was CHF 7.60 million, compared to CHF 9.57 million in the previous year.

Remuneration for the entire Executive Board nevertheless increased significantly: all members of the Executive Board together received CHF 42.1 million compared to CHF 32.3 million in the previous year. This is partly due to the larger number of members on the Executive Board, which rose by two to nine within the space of a year.

The remuneration of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and majority shareholder Johann Rupert remained almost constant in the past financial year at CHF 3.07 million. The Board of Directors as a whole was also remunerated roughly the same as in the previous year at CHF 7.45 million.
