Construction Chemicals Sika takes over Gulf Seal in Saudi Arabia

Sika has acquired Awazil Al Khaleej Industrial Co. ("Gulf Seal"), a leading manufacturer of bitumen waterproofing membranes based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

With this acquisition Sika strengthens its market position in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf region and expands its product offering in the region.

The production plant in Riyadh and Gulf Seal's export channels will provide Sika with a platform for further growth and further expand its capabilities in major projects in the context of Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 and the FIFA World Cup 2034.
