A young man has been attacked and seriously injured in the head in Zurich. Two strangers beat up the 18-year-old Swiss man on Friday at the Triemli streetcar stop in district 3. A passer-by accompanied the victim to hospital.

The young man was suddenly attacked with blows by two men in the underpass of the Triemli stop at around 5.15 p.m., as the Zurich city police reported on Saturday evening. They are now looking for witnesses.
