A 16-year-old Afghan who allegedly robbed a store in Kollbrunn has been sent to a closed institution. A suspected thug of the same age has also been transferred to such an institution.

As a result, neither of the two is now in custody, as Patrik Killer, chief juvenile prosecutor for Zurich City, told the Keystone-SDA news agency on Wednesday.

According to the authorities, the 16-year-old had attacked and seriously injured an employee of a facility in Hausen last week. The Angolan initially fled, but was arrested the same day.

The young robber stole several hundred francs from a store in Kollbrunn last week. He reached into the till and was not even stopped by an employee, as a video on news portals showed.
