A car with a caravan collided with a van on the A2 highway in Eich on Thursday afternoon. Both drivers had to be taken to hospital with injuries.

The collision caused the car with caravan to skid and hit first the right and then the left tunnel wall, as reported by Lucerne police on Friday. The caravan then tipped to one side. The damage to property amounts to around 35,000 francs.
