Cantonal elections VS Center candidate Franziska Biner newly elected to the Valais government

Franziska Biner is the latest woman to join the Valais government. The centrist politician was the only one of the six candidates to be elected in the first round of voting. All the others, including the three incumbents, have to go through to the second ballot.
