Traffic accident Drivers injured in collision on Lake Thun

There was a collision between a truck and a delivery van on the A8 highway near Krattigen on Monday. Both drivers sustained minor injuries, according to the Bern cantonal police.

The accident between Leissigen and Faulensee was reported to the Bern cantonal police shortly after 1.05 pm. The truck had come from Spiez, the van from the direction of Leissigen.

The two drivers were taken to hospital by an ambulance team for a check-up. The A8 was completely closed for several hours for the recovery work, according to the cantonal police.
