For reasons that are not yet clear, a Dutch caravan skidded on the Gotthard highway near Göschenen UR late on Sunday afternoon and collided with the crash barrier. No one was injured.

The accident occurred immediately after the Gotthard road tunnel in the northbound direction, as reported by the cantonal police of Uri on Monday. The property damage amounted to around 22,000 Swiss francs.
