A 77-year-old man was run over and seriously injured by a transport trailer in Triesenberg, Liechtenstein, on Monday. The man from Liechtenstein succumbed to his injuries shortly afterwards.

The accident occurred when a 42-year-old driver maneuvered his van and trailer backwards "in connection with an agricultural activity", according to the national police. The elderly man standing behind the trailer was hit by the trailer and rolled over.
