The accident was reported to the emergency call center shortly after 05:00. The emergency services found a motorcycle that had been involved in an accident and a seriously injured 18-year-old man on the forecourt of a company.
Both the rescue service and Rega were called out to attend to the casualty, the report continues. However, the rescue helicopter was unable to carry out the transport due to the poor weather conditions at the destination hospital, which is why the injured man was driven to hospital by the rescue service.
