A 23-year-old tractor driver and his 25-year-old passenger were seriously injured in an accident involving a tractor in Steinerberg SZ. They left the road on a bend at 1.00 a.m. on Saturday. The tractor then overturned in a steep meadow.

Both people fell out of the driver's cab in the accident and sustained serious injuries, the Schwyz cantonal police said in a statement. The two injured people were flown to hospital by air ambulance.
