Police Traffic obstructions in Basel due to tattoo parade and demonstration

Basel's city center will be busy on Saturday due to the Basel Tattoo Parade and a demonstration. The Basel-Stadt cantonal police have advised that considerable traffic restrictions are to be expected, as they announced on Thursday.

The authorized demonstration will gather at 12.30 pm in the Elisabethenanlage. The route will lead over Wettsteinbrücke and Claraplatz to Dreirosenanlage, it said.

The Basel Tattoo Parade will then start at 2 p.m., leading from Münsterplatz via Falknerstrasse to Marktplatz and from there via Mittlere Brücke and Claraplatz to Messeplatz.
