Several youths aged between 14 and 16 allegedly attacked a man with a baseball bat and a compressed air weapon in Altdorf on Thursday evening. The 45-year-old was injured and taken to hospital by the ambulance service.

A police patrol was then able to apprehend the youths, as reported by the Uri cantonal police and youth prosecutor's office on Tuesday. The authorities are currently investigating the involvement and the reason for the altercation. According to the statement, the youths are suspected of other offenses.
