- unanimously approved the Government Council's statement of accounts for 2023.

- unanimously approved the 2023 annual reports and financial statements of the Nidwalden Compensation Office, the Nidwalden IV Office and the Nidwalden Family Compensation Office

- approved the 2023 annual report and financial statements of Nidwaldner Kantonalbank by 56 votes to 0

- approved the 2023 annual report and annual financial statements of Spital Nidwalden Immobilien Gesellschaft without opposition and took note of the 2023 annual report of Spital Nidwalden AG

- unanimously approved the annual report of the courts for 2023.

- took note of the 2023 annual report and financial statements of the Pension Fund of the Canton of Nidwalden

- took note of the report of the Interparliamentary Business Audit Committee on the annual report and the 2023 annual financial statements of the Obwalden and Nidwalden Road Safety Center

- took note of the annual report and the 2023 annual financial statements of the Laboratory of the Original Cantons.
