During a crossing maneuver on a dirt road above Conters in Prättigau, a car plunged down a steep slope on Saturday afternoon. The two occupants were taken to hospital with minor injuries.

According to the Graubünden cantonal police on Sunday, two vehicles suddenly came face to face while driving along the dirt road at the Übertobel location. As it was not possible to cross, the 56-year-old driver, who was driving towards Conters, decided to make it possible to cross by reversing.
During this maneuver, his vehicle went over the left-hand side of the road. The vehicle overturned several times as it fell down the steep slope. After the vehicle had come to a standstill on flat terrain, the occupants were able to get out with the help of third parties.
