Retail trade Valora opens first pretzel store in the USA
The Valora kiosk group is opening its first own sales outlet in the USA with the Ditsch pretzel brand. The pretzel baked goods are now available in an Oxxo store in El Paso as part of a shop-in-shop concept.

Valora is thus responding to growing demand in the USA, according to a press release issued on Monday. The range includes classic products such as pretzels, pretzel sticks, pretzel croissants and Ditsch pizza. The range is supplemented by variants adapted to local tastes, such as jalapeño & cheese pretzel sticks.
Valora has been part of the Mexican beverage and retail group Femsa since 2022. As one of the world's largest operators of convenience stores, the group wants to further expand its presence in the United States with its Oxxo chain.
