A spokesperson for the Vaud public prosecutor's office confirmed a report by "24 heures" to the news agency Keystone-SDA on Friday. After examining a report on an external investigation and the criminal complaint filed by the State Council for breach of official secrecy, Attorney General Eric Kaltenrieder decided to open two criminal investigations.
"The aim of the two separate investigations is to establish whether or not criminal offenses have been committed and, if so, to identify the perpetrators. The investigations, including interrogations, are underway. At this stage, no one has been charged," the spokesperson emphasized.
Kaltenrieder will "provide information on the results of these two proceedings in due course", he added.
