Transportation Zurich Airport announces summer flight schedule
Zurich Airport's new summer flight schedule comes into effect on March 30. There will be more flights to popular summer destinations. In addition, the long-haul offering will be expanded to include two destinations to North America. Check-in 1 is fully open again.

Swiss will be flying to Dubrovnik up to five times a week from April 17, the airport operator announced on Friday. EasyJet is offering six new destinations: From the end of March, the British low-cost airline will fly twice daily to Rome, daily to Palma and up to four times a week to Malaga.
Edelweiss, on the other hand, is now flying twice daily to Sardinia with connections to Olbia and Cagliari. The airline also flies to Faro in Portugal up to six times a week and to Madeira up to eight times a week.

At the same time, Edelweiss is expanding its long-haul services. There will now be two flights a week to Seattle in the USA and Halifax in Canada. Etihad Airways is also gradually increasing its services to Abu Dhabi. From July, the connection from Zurich will be served twice daily.
With the changeover to the summer timetable, Check-in 1 will also be fully reopened following the completion of construction work at Switzerland's largest airport. In addition to Business and First Class travelers, Economy Class passengers of Swiss and other airlines can now also use the area again.
