When asked "Mirror, mirror on the wall, who is the fairest of them all?", every child knows what it's all about. The fairy tale about Snow White, who flees from the Evil King to the seven dwarfs, has been made into a film several times in the past.
Now Disney is daring to tackle the classic again: Snow White is getting a modern makeover - with a new leading actress, CGI dwarves and a fresh narrative style.
The film has already caused controversy in the run-up to its release - partly due to the Latino roots of lead actress Rachel Zegler, who has previously shone in films such as "The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes" and "West Side Story" and has proven her singing skills on several occasions.
Between breathtaking images, powerful songs and heated debates, a fairy tale unfolds that makes you think. But does the magic remain?
