Lea Meier, Amy Baserga, Aita Gasparin and Lena Häcki-Gross only needed four reloads to hit the 40 targets. Despite the second-best result of all the relay teams in the shooting range, the final skier crossed the finish line 1:47 minutes behind.
The top four nations Norway, Italy, Sweden and France delivered a high-class exchange of blows and were only separated by ten seconds at the finish in this order.
