Following the departures of Silvana Tirinzoni and Carole Howald, Alina Pätz and Selina Witschonke have found replacements: Renée Frigo and Stefanie Berset now complete the team.
Frigo, the 21-year-old from Graubünden, represented Switzerland at the Junior World Championships last spring. Berset, the 29-year-old from Bern, was most recently part of Corrie Hürlimann's team and took part in the World Mixed Doubles Championships alongside Philipp Hösli in April.
Since Pätz and Tirinzoni joined forces in 2018, the team has celebrated numerous international successes. It has won four world and two European championship titles. The crowning glory came last February when they won silver at the Olympic Games in Cortina.
After Tirinzoni, who has since retired, was always skip, Pätz is now taking on this role.
