Ambri-Piotta announces the addition of Slovakian defenseman Michal Cajkovsky. The 33-year-old has signed a contract with the Leventines until the end of the current season.

Michal Cajkovsky played the last eight seasons in the KHL, but was last without a contract. He took part in three World Championships and two Olympic Games with Slovakia. He won Olympic bronze in Beijing 2022.
