Tschofenig had traveled to Slovenia for the last two individual competitions of the winter with a 114-point lead over his teammate Jan Hörl. Hörl finished in 8th place on Friday.

The Ski Flying World Cup has also been decided. The Slovenian Domen Prevc made the win of the small ball perfect with his third victory in this discipline this season. Prevc's compatriot Anze Lanisek and Japan's Ryoyu Kobayashi took second and third place in the daily rankings.

The Swiss were unable to keep up with the best in Planica. Gregor Deschwanden finished in 23rd place, while Sandro Hauswirth narrowly missed out on qualifying for the final round after finishing 32nd in the first run.
