The 19-year-old from Lucerne, who will play for HC Kriens-Lucerne again in the coming season, will play for Bundesliga club Melsungen from the summer of 2026.
He has signed a contract for two seasons with the club from Northern Hesse, as announced by the Swiss Handball Association. Sigrist first played for the Swiss senior national team in November 2024, for which the playmaker scored 29 goals in 14 games.
