An MRI examination revealed a ligament injury to a metacarpal bone in his left hand, as the Hawks announced. The Swiss player's health will be re-evaluated in three to four weeks, according to the Atlanta franchise.
Without the 30-year-old Capela, the Hawks celebrated their sixth win in the last eight games with a 124-115 victory over the Golden State Warriors. They occupy 7th place in the Eastern Conference.
