Alessandra Keller and defending champion Filippo Colombo secure the championship titles in the elite category at the Swiss Mountain Bike Championships in the Olympic cross-country.
The coveted red jerseys with the white cross on the back were contested as part of the Swiss Bike Cup event in Savognin.
The 29-year-old Alessandra Keller from Nidwalden, who had already triumphed at national level in 2022 and 2023, won by a minute and a half ahead of short track champion Sina Frei and Ginia Caluori from Graubünden.
For Filippo Colombo from Ticino, this is his second elite cross-country championship title. The 27-year-old from Bironico relegated Fabio Püntener to second place with a difference of eight seconds; the man from Uri had already won the silver medal in the short track on Friday. Luca Schätti from Zurich, who had won the short track competition, took bronze.
