Fanny Smith is subordinating everything to the Olympic Games. The skier from Vaud will not be taking part in the World Cup races on Friday and Saturday in Val di Fassa.
Fanny Smith is prioritizing her immediate preparation for the season's highlight over racing in Trentino, as reported by Swiss-Ski. Among other things, she will be taking part in the test runs on the Olympic piste in Livigno on Monday and Tuesday next week.
In the current season, the Romande has one second and three third places as her best results in the World Cup. She is therefore a medal contender at the start of the Games.
The women's Olympic ski cross race takes place on Friday, February 20.
