The Grasshoppers are loaning their winger Tomas Veron Lupi to South America. The 25-year-old Argentinian will play for Uruguayan champions Club Nacional until the end of the year.

This was announced by the Zurich club. Veron Lupi moved to GC from Racing Club Montevideo in 2024 and has only scored three times in 33 games since then. He still has a contract with the record champions until the summer of 2028.
