Michael Sigerist has been elected Chairman of the Board of Directors of FCL Holding AG, as announced by FC Lucerne on Monday evening.

The 63-year-old Sigerist has also been Chairman of the Board of Directors of FC Luzern-Innerschweiz AG since November.
Josef Bieri, who has held the position of Chairman ad interim since last year, will act as Vice Chairman. Marco von Ah was also newly elected to the Board of Directors.
