Gregor Deschwanden jumps into the top ten for the first time this World Cup season. The 34-year-old finished in 10th place in Falun, Sweden, after jumping to 23rd place on Tuesday.
The other Swiss athletes who started missed the second round on Wednesday, just like the day before. Sandro Hauswirth finished 32nd after the first round by a narrow margin.
Victory in Falun went to Anze Lanisek from Slovenia, who had finished second on Tuesday. He triumphed ahead of Austria's Stephan Embacher and Lanisek's compatriot Domen Prevc.
