The driver line-up for the upcoming Formula 1 season is complete. As expected, the Visa team has filled the second cockpit with the young Frenchman Isack Hadjar.
The 20-year-old Hadjar takes the seat at the Faenza-based racing team that has become vacant following the transfer of Liam Lawson from the sister team to Red Bull. Hadjar will form the driver duo at Visa next season with Japanese rider Yuki Tsunoda.
Hadjar comes from Red Bull's junior academy. This year he finished 2nd in the Formula 2 championship. It was only at the season finale in Abu Dhabi that he was beaten in the title fight by future Sauber driver Gabriel Bortoleto from Brazil.
