HC La Chaux-de-Fonds is strengthening its roster for the remainder of the Swiss League playoffs with Finnish forward Teemu Pulkkinen (33). Pulkkinen first played 22 games for Schwenningen in the DEL this season, then 16 games for Poprad in the Slovakian championship.
La Chaux-de-Fonds started the Swiss League playoffs on Tuesday with a 4-3 win after overtime against Olten. Canadian Steven Owre and Norwegian Sondre Olden played for the Mercenaries. With Pulkkinen and the Canadian Cliff Pu, La Chaux-de-Fonds now has four "imports" to choose from.
